Happy? Check.

Engagement party info is on facebook - check it out there. I really don't like xanga but I figured i'd update this thing :D.

Is Xanga boring? I think it is at times. I've removed a lot of subscriptions because a lot of people just don't update anymore. This figures as much; people moving on to newer and better things (like Facebook!).

A lot is going on. Final exams are coming up. Summer is approaching. The possibility of another internship is in the works (I hope!). Tabby and I have been together for over a year and a half - it feels amazing! I've never been this close to another person, and I know we'll only grow closer as the years go on.

Some summer plans to look forward to - all friends of Tabby's and mine are invited where stated:

* Cedar Point (everyone is invited, no shows will be castrated)
* Grand Haven (multiple trips, one will be called "Beach Day" - of course everyone is invited!!!)
* Mackinac Island (a weekend escape for Tabby and me, to celebrate our two year anniversary)
* And More!!!!

I'm looking forward to this summer - I'll admit it. I'm ready to let loose and have a good time. .

Wish me luck in my finals, as I wish everyone else good luck. Many prayers and blessings to everyone!

As always happens, cars hate me. Specifically my car. I don't understand - I treat this car with respect! I keep it clean and well maintained. I don't drive it too hard. Well, things happened and it needed to be fixed.

Upon arriving in Florida, the muffler strap broke (this holds the back of the muffler to the car). This caused my muffler to hang down. Because of this, a component at the front which attached the muffler to the engine had broken. This equated to a louder car. Now, I purchased a new car because I didn't want it to be loud. So, this needed to be fixed. I fixed the muffler strap in Florida with the help of my uncle. And now I got everything else fixed.

Today I got my car fixed. I got a lot of things taken care of. They changed my oil, aligned my wheels, fixed the burnt out light bulb in my center console, and finally... instead of just fixing the broken flex joint (which attaches the muffler to my engine) they decided to replace my catalytic converter and O2 sensor. Naturally that final operation would normally cost about $1000... it was done for free, under warranty :).

All in all I had to pay $212, mainly for labor. So I'm broke for a few days - I'm fine with that!

Well, I'm sure no one cares. Just felt like sharing. Now my car runs great and sounds... well, it's quiet!!!

Back from Florida. Arrived yesterday. 26 hour drive. I'm sorta tan. Unpacked yesterday. Went out to dinner with my parents. Went to bed early. I could still use more sleep.

I'm really not looking forward to school again :(.

So - how was your spring break? Mine was pretty good.

I like sleeping in - makes me feel good :).

Pretty fun night last night. Worked until 10pm, then hung out with Tabby and some friends. Went back to Tabby's and fell asleep. Went home, slept some more. Woke up because my mom needed help gathering up the cats for their visit to the vet today... poor cats, but they need to go. Especially my cat. His tail is still hurt it looks like.

So the other day I got this postcard in the mail, telling me to call a number immediately. I tried the other day, kept getting a busy signal. Called today and talked to someone. Apparently there is a new store opening up in Grand Rapids, and my name was one of the randomly selected people who won prizes. And what did I win, supposedly? (I say supposedly because this could be a scam, I'll find out soon though.) If this turns out to be legit then my prize is a 2 night 3 day stay at any Mariot hotel for 2, along with dinner for 2 at either the Olive Garden, Red Lobster, or Outback Steakhouse. Hmm, just in time for Spring Break? Oh yes, I think so. :)

I'll be spending my lunch break tomorrow trying to pick this prize, so we'll see. I'll keep xanga updated, and facebook.

Later my loves,

-Richard
